Coffee Filters Flowers

For this activity, mix a cup of water with food colouring. Use the water dropper in the water and drip it onto the coffee filter. Use as many colours as the child would like, and then put them aside to let them dry. Once they are dry, pinch them from the middle and pull them together to create the look of a flower.

Materials:

  • Coffee Filters
  • Food Colouring
  • Water
  • plastic water droppers

Umbrella Craft

For this activity, the children will use construction paper as the background and construction paper to cut out their umbrellas. Using white glue, they will make dots around the background to look like raindrops.

Materials:

  • Construction paper
  • Glue (stick glue and white liquid glue)

Aluminum Moon Art

For this activity, the students will use a piece of aluminum foil to create a moon. They can use construction paper or draw on the rest of their galaxies, such as stars, the sun, etc.

Materials:

  • Construction paper
  • Aluminum foil
  • Glue
  • Stickers
  • Markers/ Coloured pencils/ Crayons
  • Scissors
